  • I can't connect CityFALCON skill.

Check your settings in Cortana. Currently, CityFALCON is available only for the USA. If you are outside of the supported regions, please leave your details below, and we will inform you once we launch it in your market.

  • I can't find some stocks/topics.

Sometimes Cortana cannot understand non-common words such as “fintech” or complex proper names such as “BNP Paribas”. It depends on your pronunciation, and we cannot fix it on our side. In this case, we suggest you create watchlist with an easy name such as “My Stocks” on our web desktop application and include the topics you are looking for there. This way, you will be able to receive recent news by saying: “What are the top news on My Stocks?

We increase our coverage every day, and once we hear a word from you, we will add the topics you are looking for. If they are still unavailable, please ping us with the name of the topic through the troubleshooting form below.

  • Cortana doesn't understand my question.

Cortana is an emerging technology, and we have to rely on Microsoft for voice to text translation. We capture requests with errors and will look to improve the capabilities on an ongoing basis.
